ahimeh Rafighian is an engineer turned children’s book author with a passion for emotional intelligence, self-discovery, and positive parenting.
Her journey into children’s literature was inspired by her own experiences as a mother, as she sought creative ways to help her son develop emotional awareness, resilience, and positive thinking.
Her debut book, Let’s Meet Anger, was named a Finalist in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards, an international award recognising excellence in independent publishing. Through her Befriend Feelings series, Fahimeh hopes to help children build a lifelong friendship with their emotions and create a kinder, more emotionally aware generation.
Beyond writing, Fahimeh enjoys spending time with her family—especially her son, Ryan, and their dog, Chili, who both appear as characters in her books. She also loves travelling and continues her own journey of self-discovery through reading, sport, music, and mindfulness.
